INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pcs Tofu, diced, fried ripe
- 4 lmbr cabbage, thinly sliced

- 1 cucumber, peeled, diced
- 3 teaspoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 200 ml water
- Mix all ingredients and stir well.
- 300 ml water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- salt to taste
- Boil all ingredients to boiling, remove, let cool.
- 1 tbsp fried peanuts
- 1 tbsp fried shallots
- 1 tablespoon chopped celery leaves
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
